Tunica bound (Jan. 6-13)
It's official. I'm headed to Tunica the first full week of January and am staying at the Horseshoe. I'm not sure it's a good thing when the poker room rate reservations lady remembers me. lol
I'm picking the weekend of the 12th and 13th because it really is the last weekend of the lower buy-in tourneys. The next weekend is when the WSOP Circuit and the WPT have their main events.
I'm very excited, since I hear the cash game action here during this twin tournament series is legendary. I plan on playing in some satellites, so who knows, maybe I'll be playing in a $500 tournament. If I do, I will probably sell stakes, up to 30 percent of my tournament action.
I closed out a good year on the road, going 7-3 in trips, including 3-1 in Tunica. Looking forward to another good year!
